ANDREW SMIRNIOTIS
I am passionate about fitness and dedicated to assisting others in reaching their fitness and life goals through weight training. Despite my own heart condition and having an implanted cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD,) I have been actively weight training since the age of 15.
My dedication and experience in both fitness and managing a heart condition allows me to provide a unique perspective and support to those looking to improve their health and well-being. I understand that weight training not only provides physical benefits, but it also has a positive impact on mental health. The endorphins released during exercise can boost mood, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Additionally, setting and achieving fitness goals through weight training can increase self-confidence and self-esteem.
I am committed to providing a holistic approach to helping others achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
